06-15-2026 Fishing report Lake Erie Monroe, Michigan
Mayflies are beginning to hatch, along with lots of biting flies that. Water temperatures are slowly rising, walleye are moving to deeper water. However, the catch remained good out from the DTE power plant in 20 plus feet of water. The water is slowly starting to clean up after all the East winds but not ideal. Surface temperature is still on the cool side.

Spoons and mini discs seemed to be the ticket out 70 to 90 ft. Speed varies one day it’s hot to 2.5 knots and the next day it’s 2.1 knots.
Please be mindful of the other boats. We are all out to have a good time and catch dinner
